Squatting

Squatters live in a building without having been granted permission by the owners. Squatting is not an offence if the building has been abandoned for more than a year and the building has no destination. Always bear in mind that squatting has a profound impact on the property rights of the owner of a building. Perhaps anti-squatting is an even better idea.

Do you have plans for squatting? Then first contact the JIP. The JIP can inform you about the risks involved.
