House purchase grant

A house purchase grant eases your mortgage costs by means of a monthly contribution. This contribution amounts to a maximum of €171,00 per month. This can be complemented by an allowance for transfer tax. However, not every person is entitled to a purchase grant, which is subject to regulations. Should you require a higher subsidy than the maximum, you will not receive a purchase grant. In that case the loan which you wish to take out is likely to be too high. The city of The Hague does not grant first-time loans.
