National Mortgage Guarantee Scheme

The National Mortgage Guarantee Scheme (in Dutch NHG) is backed by the the Homeownership Guarantee Fund. It is the name of the guarantee which you get if you take out a loan for buying or renovating a house. The Homeownership Guarantee Fund with this scheme guarantees your mortgage to be paid back to the financial provider.
