Anyone who is offered accommodation via the supply model, will have to pay approximately €75,- in administrative charges. These charges must be paid to the housing association from whom you rent the accommodation. The costs differ per housing association.

The amount differs per agency in the case of commercial intermediary agencies. Be sure to make your inquiries in advance. Commercial agencies often refer to this as mediation charges.
