Take-over charges

It happens that take-over costs are charged for curtains and carpets. Take-over charges may only be asked for moveable property, but not for things like a sink, for example. You are under no obligation to take over any property. Of course you can hang your own curtains.
If you rent a room which is furnished, you are obliged to accept the furniture with which it is provided.
