Dear office,
I am 64 years old and unemployed and my ex-wife filed for a divorce in secret on September 18, 2009 and on October 6, 2009 all my assests are frozen by a Dutch Judge who recently sent the Divorce materials in which is indicated that this freeze will continue until February 15, 2011. However the Gemeentelijke Belastingdienst demands their payments now. What should I do if one bureaucrat freeze the money however the other demands the money? Thanks for your time.
